Terms & Conditions

The Artistry Hive – Terms and Conditions

By registering for any course, class, or workshop offered by The Artistry Hive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

  • Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email or direct message.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or personal emergencies.

  • Please be certain you can attend all scheduled dates before registering.

  • In the rare event that a class is canceled by The Artistry Hive or host educators (e.g., weather, illness, or emergency), you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or event.

3. Attendance & Participation

  • Students are expected to arrive on time, ready to participate, and stay for the full duration of each class.

  • One mannequin head is provided per student. You are responsible for bringing any additional required tools as listed in your class prep materials.

  • Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or transferred.

4. Code of Conduct

By enrolling, students agree to follow The Artistry Hive’s Code of Conduct, which includes:

  • Respectful and professional behavior toward instructors, peers, and salon staff

  • Active participation and focus during all instruction and hands-on work

  • No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct of any kind

Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in dismissal from the course without refund.

5. Use of Likeness & Media

  • By participating, you grant The Artistry Hive and its affiliates the right to take photos or videos during the class and use them for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the course begins.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Participants assume all risk related to physical activity during hands-on instruction.

  • The Artistry Hive, Julianna Salon, and any affiliated educators are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation in any class or event.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All educational materials, visuals, and curriculum provided are the property of The Artistry Hive and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

8. Policy Updates

  • The Artistry Hive reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated policies will be posted online or provided to registered students as needed.

By registering for our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
